At The House of Shine, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted with intricate detailing and artisanal techniques. Due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict quality-led return policy.

No Returns / No Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Why?
Our products are handcrafted, often made-to-order or produced in limited quantities, and involve delicate materials and embroidery that cannot be resold once handled or worn.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the rare event that you receive:

  • a damaged product, or

  • an incorrect item

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at

  • clear photos of the issue

  • the original packaging

Our team will review the matter and assist you accordingly.

Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces

Customised, personalised, or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances.

International Orders

For international shipments, including those to the European Union, handcrafted and made-to-order items are exempt from standard cooling-off periods as permitted under applicable consumer laws.
